This eye mask can be used warm to increase blood flow and circulation, or cool to relieve tension, dry/tired eyes, puffiness, and dark circles. It also has an adjustable velcro strap that allows a comfortable fit for most. Be sure to wipe clean after each use.

Directions:
To Cool: Chill the mask in the refrigerator for 1 hour prior to use or place it in the freezer for 15 minutes for a quick chill (do not freeze) then place the mask on your face and secure it using the velcro straps and enjoy.
To Warm: Place the mask in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes before use (do not place in the microwave or use boiling water) then place the mask over your face using the velcro straps and enjoy.
Tip: If the velcro straps don't fit, feel free to use hair clips on the straps to secure the mask.
