Shipping/Local Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will be displayed at check out.

Carrier delivery times may vary, so please be patient and keep this in mind in the event of delays! Local delivery is also available (see terms at checkout)!

You will receive an email confirming your order, as well as a notification when your order has shipped and been delivered.

Free Local Delivery

We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) after your purchase to schedule the delivery date and time. 

Local delivery is Monday-Friday 10am-2pm or 4pm-7pm. Additional days/times may be available upon request.

List the day, time slot, and packaging choice (bag or box) in the "delivery instructions" box at checkout. Delivery will be confirmed prior to scheduling. 

In the event the first delivery is unsuccessful; there will be a $5 fee to redeliver your items or you may choose to pay for postage and have your items delivered via carrier.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time.
